Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.


Shipping Methods (UK Orders)

  • All UK orders are shipped free of charge.

  • Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

  • Orders over certain price thresholds may be upgraded at our discretion to:

    • Royal Mail First Class, or

    • Royal Mail Tracked services

These upgrades are provided at no additional cost to the customer.


Shipping Outside the United Kingdom

  • Free shipping applies to UK deliveries only.

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are required to pay for their own shipping costs.

  • International shipping charges will be calculated and charged to the customer at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are intended as a guide only:

  • Second Class: Typically 2–3 working days

  • First Class: Typically 1–2 working days

  • Tracked services: Varies depending on service level

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or peak periods.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided where a tracked service is used.

  • Not all orders include tracking as standard.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • As all items are shipped via Royal Mail, customers may be referred to Royal Mail’s delivery confirmation or investigation process before any refund or replacement is issued.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered once Royal Mail has confirmed an item as lost.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
